Our welding shop facilitates all
types of welding like Seam welding, Spot welding Co2 Mig welding
& Arc welding. Seam welding capacity to make higher capacity
Fuel tanks up to 2.6 Mtrs. in length & up to 4 mm in thickness.
Seam welding machines for welding of smaller diameter Motor
shells required for electrical Motors. Longer arm spot welding
machine to accommodate any odd jobs & locations. Co2 Mig
welding machines with SPMS for manufacturing Air Tanks. |

Our press shop ranges from 20 Ton
mechanical to 200 ton mechanical presses having bed size upto850x850
mm shut height up to 350 mm & having pneumatic cushion on
63 Ton & 100 Ton presses Hydraulic power press of 10 Ton
& 100 Ton capacity having a bed size of 1000 x 1000 mm &
a capacity to draw up to 200 mm. Our press shop manufactures
components like Motor shells, Mounting Foots & Lugs required
for electrical Motors. Two Shearing machines of capacity up
to 4 mm thickness & 2000 mm width. Press Brake capable of
bending up to 4 mm thick & 1250 mm width. |

We are at present having
Five testing rigs capable of testing tanks from 1 kg/cm2 to
20 kg/cm2. The facility for testing Air tanks & Fuel tanks
is up to 1100 nos. per shift. The tanks are subjected to Air
pressure inserted in water tank & tested for welding leakages |

We are having a state of the art conveyorised liquid paint shop. The plant was established in 1990 & has a capacity of painting 450 Air Tanks / Fuel Tanks per shift. We have two paint booths & a diesel fired oven of 7.5.x 3.2 x 3 Mtrs. The components are subjected to surface treatment & are then spray painted & baked to give an excellent adhesion & finish. A second state of the art conveyorised liquid paint and power coating paint shop was established in the year 2008 at our chikhali plants third conveyorised powder coating plant in Bhosari was commissioned in the year 2013. The capacity of all plants is 1500 tanks par day. |

The unit has up to
date inspection facilities which are monitored by experienced
quality personels. M/s. Tata Motors have adjudged Nitin pressings
as a quality supplier & its products go direct on line (DSL
status). All the export commitments of the M/s. Tata Motors
Ltd. in Air Tanks are fulfilled only by our unit. The company
achieved QS9000 in August 2002 & ISO 9001-2000 in February
2006 & is now committed to be TS 16949 by end 2007. |
